Saint Joe’s Alice House Community Respite in Cincinnati is seeking a Direct Support Specialist to provide personal care, companionship, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes building relationships, supporting independence, and creating joyful daily experiences.

You’ll work full-time on the 2nd shift, with every other weekend and holiday rotation, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
