Job summary

Saint Joe’s Alice House Respite in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Direct Support Specialist (DSS) for the 2nd shift. This full-time role, every other weekend plus holiday rotation required, involves personal care, companionship, and helping residents with daily living tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing.

You’ll work with residents and families, build respectful relationships, and participate in recreational activities in a warm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and current auto insurance.
