Arc of San Diego is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide in El Cajon. You will provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in day programs and residential settings, assisting with personal care, meals, and mobility.

The role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, and offers pay from $18.00 to $18.65 per hour. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus; experience with case management systems (Therap) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide person-centered support in a respectful and inclusive way.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide, you’ll provide hands‑on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in both day programs and residential settings. Working closely with a team, you will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement to help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their independence.

Location: El Cajon

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:30a-3p

Pay: The pay for this position is $18.00 to $18.65.
