Direct Support Professional - $500 sign-on bonus!

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities in group residence homes, helping them live as independently as possible. Hourly rate is $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

Most openings are 2nd shift, overnights, and weekends.

Locations are in Clay County, Duval County, and Orange Park, FL.

Responsibilities for the job include:

• Assisting and supporting individuals in daily routines.
• Providing hands‑on personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Implementing clinical, educational, and vocational programs.
• Observing and recording data for programs established in their Individual and Behavior Support Plans.
• Participating with other team members to create a therapeutic environment that includes regular community membership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Empathy and a willingness to help adults with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with behavior management preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
