The Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in living independent lives. Overnight shifts are required, with a schedule Monday–Friday nights and alternating weekends.

While this position is assigned to our Spartanburg location, All Direct Support Professionals may be required to work at other Charles Lea Center sites as needed based on staffing and operational needs.
