Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Neo Rockford on the 3rd shift (7pm–7am), a 36-hour, on-site role in Rockford, MI. You’ll assist with daily living, medications, and community activities, helping individuals build independence while earning competitive pay.

We value compassion, reliability, strong communication, and a person-centered approach. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, obtain CPR/First Aid, and maintain a professional, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
