No prior DSP experience is required; paid training is provided, with full-time benefits and consistent scheduling. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living, medication support, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• As a DSP, you will help individuals live independently in their home.
• You'll shop, cook, and manage daily routines for clients.
• You'll accompany appointments and community activities.
• You'll build confidence and life skills in those you support.
• You'll support medication administration and health-related needs.
• You'll complete electronic documentation and service notes.
• You'll assist with household routines and daily living activities.
• You'll respond to behavioral or emergency situations using training, and build positive relationships.
