You will advocate for rights, promote wellness, and assist with daily living tasks and transportation. The position requires compassionate, patient individuals with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness and accident prevention.
• Encourage self-advocacy and empower individuals in making their own choices.

• Teach and support independent living skills, including household management and personal care.
