Verland is seeking a Direct Support Professional (FT/2nd) to join our Main Campus in Sewickley, PA. You will deliver exceptional care to residents who call Verland home, supporting daily living, safety, and well-being in a compassionate environment.

This full-time DSP position runs 2pm–10:30pm on a rotating two-week schedule; you will assist with meals, personal care, activities, and transportation using Verland vehicles. Training provided, benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and supports to residents with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Record observations and progress notes; participate in planning social and recreational activities.
