As a Direct Care Staff member, you will have the opportunity to be a superhero in someone's life! From assisting with personal care to planning engaging activities, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks, making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident.
  • Plan and organize fun and engaging activities that cater to the unique interests and abilities of each individual.

  • Support individuals in developing essential life skills, while keeping things exciting and interactive.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of like‑minded individuals who share your passion for making a difference.

Frequent walking, standing, and driving. Must be able to maintain a high level of energy in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to lift and/or carry lightweight and moderately heavy objects. Must be able to assist in lifting and transferring participants. Must be able to implement safety restraint procedures in response to emergencies or treatment plans and apply First Aid and CPR.
