Job summary

MAB Community Services in Framingham, MA is seeking energetic Direct Care Staff to support individuals with diverse needs in a lively, caring environment. This is a full-time role offering a competitive hourly wage and MAP training.

You will assist with personal care, plan engaging activities, and help individuals develop life skills while maintaining a fun, dynamic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous direct care experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication with a touch of humor and wit.
• Flexible and energetic personality.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals if needed.
