Job summary

You will support personal care, transportation, independence, advocacy, and teamwork while maintaining accurate documentation and following person-centered plans. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ rights and ensure safe living environments.
• Support wellness, health, and personal care tasks.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Encourage self-advocacy and community integration.
• Maintain accurate service documentation in line with regulations.
• Assist with medication administration per state laws.
• Protect confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
