Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. You will support daily living, safety, and personal growth, empowering independence while respecting dignity.

This role offers competitive pay of $15.75/hour, a $1500 sign-on bonus for select programs, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and growth opportunities. Weekend and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required due to transporting persons served.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Successful background clearance is required as part of onboarding/employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on caregiving assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.

Qualifications
