Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Warminster, PA location. The role supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, providing daily living assistance under an Individual Support Plan.

No experience is required as paid training is provided. This full-time 32-hour/week third-shift position offers benefits and opportunities to grow within a compassionate, mission-driven team at Merakey.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Individual Support Plan to support individuals daily.

Schedule: 3rd Shift
Friday-Monday, 12:00am-8:00am Full-Time | 32 Hours/Week

Pay: $16. 0 0 -$18.00 per hour Earn up to $ 1 8 . 00 with the selection of Enhanced Pay.

Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals . By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills . Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma/G.E.D. is preferred.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
