Job summary

Creed Medical Group Inc is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and support personal goals while collaborating with families and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include personal care, community participation, and documenting care activities. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or can be obtained after hire, with flexible shifts including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
