Job summary

Creed Medical Group Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Middletown, MD.

You will assist clients with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help them achieve personal goals within a supportive healthcare team. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and offers evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Implement and follow individualized support plans to enhance client independence.
