Job summary

Creed Medical in Maryland is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks and community activities.

Join a dedicated team and help clients achieve independence while following individualized care plans; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
