Job summary

Creed Medical Group in District Heights, MD is hiring passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and collaborate with families and the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
