Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate caregiver in Wilson, NC to support individuals with daily living activities and community participation. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, and transportation, while documenting progress and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications include NCI/CPI training, CPR/FA, a high school diploma or GED, TB screening, and an active driver's license. English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• NCI/CPI Training.
• CPR/FA certification required.
• TB screening.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with individuals with IDD is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meals, and household chores.
• Transport clients to and from community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress while ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores


• May transport clients to and from community activities

Requirements:
