Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic who is an RBT who is comfortable working in a home w/ a pet dog. The ideal candidate will be creative to come up with fun activities drawing , arts & crafts to keep the individual busy while having fun. This role will require being trained by the BCBA and will be expected to be comfortable with providing community-based support, small outings, and activities that promote independence and integration within the community.

Comfortable with community-based support and engaging in local outings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Person-centered mindset with a positive attitude and open-mindedness.
Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and promoting independence and providing hands on assistance w/feeding/dressing/toileting.

must be willing to be provide current RBT certification as well as proof of current CPR/First Aid, medication administration/ Crisis Mgt. or attend the above trainings w/ exception to the RBT at our Lakewood office in addition to 1 hr Zoom Positive Behavioral Support training
