Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc in Cabot, Arkansas, seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our community-based services team under the DDS program. This is a full-time role with weekend 12-16 hour shifts (Friday through Sunday) dedicated to compassionate client care and safety.

You will support individuals to build independence, assist with daily living tasks, mobility, hygiene, and community activities, while following person-centered care principles.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state ID or license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with 12-16 hour shifts, Friday-Sunday.
