Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc in New Jersey seeks compassionate home care professionals to provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and personal care in clients' homes, maintaining dignity and safety.

You will monitor progress, document health status, assist with medication administration when needed, and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status.
