Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc. in Edison, NJ seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, grooming, and transportation to appointments and community activities.

The role includes monitoring progress, documenting health status, and following individualized care plans under supervision. Flexibility to adapt to care schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status.
