Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc. seeks compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support for individuals with disabilities or special needs in home settings. Responsibilities include daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and monitoring health status.

Applicants should have experience in home care or senior care, knowledge of nutrition, and strong communication with clients and families. First aid/CPR is a plus; training on dementia care is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status of individuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
