Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Burlington area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual’s needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance, and ensuring safety in home and community, while following agency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
