360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional to inspire, teach, and make an impact. You’ll work with children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities, providing daily life support, learning and growth opportunities.

The role offers part-time hours with potential to grow, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a schedule from 2:00pm to 10:00pm on weekdays, plus some weekend shifts. Join a team focused on compassion, teamwork and community impact.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm
• Weekends Availability a PLUS!
