360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities, making a meaningful daily impact.

The role offers part-time hours (15–20+/week) with a pathway to full-time, paid training, and a mileage reimbursement benefit for clients located over 20 miles away. Work schedule includes Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm and weekends 10:00am–5:00pm, with weekend availability a plus.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm
• Weekends Availability a PLUS!
