Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc. seeks caring Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities or special needs in New Jersey.

The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, along with transportation to appointments and activities. Candidates should have experience in home care or senior care, knowledge of nutrition guidelines, and the ability to monitor health status and vital signs.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status of individuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
