Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional or similar caregiving role preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals in need.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED.
