Job summary

3MS Services LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will deliver direct care, support positive behaviors, and help clients participate in social activities while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with special needs, knowledge of behavior management, and a valid driver's license for travel to client homes or community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications or education in social work, nursing, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and the ability to implement them effectively.
• A valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation to travel to client homes or community events.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed; capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and goals to ensure individuals receive the best care possible.

Qualifications:
