Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred.
• Certifications: CPR & First Aid; Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification; DSP Tier 1 & Tier 2 Core Competencies (or willing to complete).
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license (6+ months) and reliable transportation; clean driving record; pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy in a person-centered way.
• Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support.
• Collaborate with a caring team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
