Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Home and Community Division in Portage, PA. No experience required — paid training provided, and you’ll support individuals with disabilities with daily living activities.

As a DSP, you’ll help with personal care, ADLs, meals, mobility, and community participation, while documenting progress and logs. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts offer flexible scheduling and a meaningful career path.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• No experience required – we provide paid training!

Responsibilities

• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
