Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Parkesburg, PA program. Earn $18.75/hour with an Enhanced Pay option and night shifts from 10pm to 8am. No experience required; paid training provided to help you start a rewarding career supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home health aide or school settings with IDD preferred.
• Willingness to help others reach their fullest potential.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including hygiene, housekeeping and laundry.
• Engage in activities in park and sensory gardens to build social and communication skills.
• Foster independence by supporting daily routines and community participation.

Requirements
