Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Huntington Valley, PA program. You will assist individuals with daily living and personal care while following a guided support plan.

No experience is required as paid training is provided. Earn up to $18.00/hour with Enhanced Pay; additional benefits support flexible work arrangements for caregivers.

Formación

• Experience in home health aide or similar setting with IDD preferred.
• Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsabilidades

• Support consumers with daily living activities and personal care.
• Follow Individual Support Plan to promote independence.
• Engage in activities at parks, sensory gardens and community spaces.
• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00am–11:00pm shifts.
• Mentor and coach individuals to achieve their personal goals.

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer’s lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals . Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option.
