Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate in-home care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the New Castle area of Delaware.

Candidates need at least one year of verifiable experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commute times, and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in clients' homes in Delaware.

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently in the community

Locations: Wilmington Manor, Bayview Manor, Collins Park, Minquadale, and surrounding areas.

Pay: $17.50-$18/hr. (dependent on experience)
