Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Yardley to join an extraordinary team dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Full-time opportunities include paid training and a range of benefits, with a schedule featuring Saturday-Sunday shifts and a 7:00am–11:00pm window.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with additional weekend differentials and options to boost earnings through an Enhanced Pay Wage Option. No experience required beyond willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a home health aide, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Individual Support Plan to help individuals with daily living activities.
• Assist with daily hygiene and personal care while encouraging independence.
• Engage individuals in social and communication activities across settings to build skills.

Pay

$16.00-$21.00 per hour

Earn up to +$3/hr with a weekend shift differential & +$2/hr by electing to participate in our Enhanced Pay Wage Option.

Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
