Opportunity Partners in Minneapolis is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities live more independent lives in classroom and community settings. You may cover various DSP duties and will work a daytime schedule in our Day Service locations.
You will support daily routines, plan activities, assist with workplace tasks and social interactions, and document progress. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of experience in human services are required.

Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional you will help people with disabilities have fun, develop their skills and gain independence in classroom and community-based settings. You may be cross trained to cover other DSP responsibilities during absences. The Day Service locations you will work at can vary on a daily/weekly basis in Minnetonka. We are seeking someone who is agile, flexible and a collaborator. Scheduling will be coordinated with the Day Service management team on an ongoing basis.
