Job summary

CORE DYNAMICS LLC in Meridian, Idaho, is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals in their homes and community. Overnight sleep shifts are available, with day and evening options and competitive hourly pay.

No experience? Paid training and certifications are provided, along with opportunities for growth and a supportive leadership team. You’ll help with daily activities, build meaningful relationships, and celebrate participants’ achievements every day.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Strong observation and documentation skills.
• Meet employment and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence while teaching valuable life skills.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines.
• Take participants into the community for activities and appointments.
• Build genuine friendships and positive relationships.
• Support personal goals and celebrate achievements.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and respect.
• Complete daily documentation.
• Work with a dedicated team to make a difference.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

$16–$19/hour | Overnight Sleep Shifts $12/hour

Locations: Meridian Boise Nampa

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($16–$19/hour)

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($16–$19/hour)

Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($12/hour)

Weekend Pay Differential Available

Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community.

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old

Salary Information

$16 - $19Hourly Wage
