CRJ Direct Support Professional

CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a full‑time, 40 hours a week, non‑exempt position that will be working in our Marlborough location. Some days you'll work first shift 7am-3pm, other days you may have to work second shift which is 3pm-11pm. Duties & Responsibilities

• Transport a client who uses a collapsible wheelchair to medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach client new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
