Job summary

CCRI (Creative Care for Reaching Independence) is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with disabilities live more independently in Moorhead, MN. The role offers flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, including mornings, evenings, and overnights. No prior experience required, training provided.

You will assist with daily activities, medications, transportation, and community involvement, empowering clients to make their own choices in a supportive home setting.

What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)? Our DSPs work in the homes of people with disabilities and support them in living more independently. They help their clients become engaged in their community and encourage them to make their own choices.

A DSP assists people in participating in life's essential activities such as helping them start their day, take medications, get to work, manage money and household tasks, prepare meals, and so much more.

If you aren't familiar with the term Direct Support Professional (DSP), similar job titles might be Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Care Provider.

What We Would Love From You.

• English language proficiency with the ability to clearly write and express thoughts.
• Technical skills-must be comfortable and proficient in using computers and/or smart technology.
• Cell phone or device with GPS capability.
• Dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. Driving record must meet CCRI insurability standards.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
