Job summary

Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate caregiving in our person-supported homes. DSPs assist with daily activities, monitor medications, and help individuals participate in community activities, under clinical supervision.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have valid automobile insurance
• Pass a background and drug screen.

• Caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
• Enable community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
