Merakey is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Lansdale, PA to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. The role involves following individualized plans, promoting independence, and assisting with daily living activities in a supportive team environment.

No prior experience required as paid training is provided; this is a full-time, second-shift position with opportunities to grow within a nonprofit provider network across 12

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily hygiene and personal care.
• Foster independence by teaching housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Support individuals in social and communication skills during activities like parks and sensory gardens.

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Pay

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Earn up to $18/hr with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Wage option

Position Details

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumers lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals . Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals . By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills . Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Earn up to 18.75 with the selection of Enhanced Pay.

Required Qualifications
