Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Ambler, PA. You will work with individuals living in various settings, following Individual Support Plans to promote independence and growth. Roles include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement, helping each person achieve meaningful goals in a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.

Position Details

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer’s lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

Schedule: Every 2nd and 4th Saturday & Sunday monthly 7am-11pm

Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option, and an additional $3/hour shift differential for weekends
