Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Southampton, PA location. You will support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community-based activities while following an Individual Support Plan.

The role focuses on fostering independence, assisting with daily tasks such as housekeeping and laundry, and encouraging social interaction to help individuals achieve goals. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; pay up to $18/hour with enhanced pay options.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide or similar setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support social and communication skills using an Individual Support Plan.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry to foster independence.
• Engage with individuals in parks and gardens to create meaningful activities.

Position Details

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumers lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced pay option
