Job summary

OTB transportation is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving independence and meaningful community participation. You will provide everyday living support, transportation, and person-centered planning.

Responsibilities include health and safety tasks, documentation, advocacy, and collaboration with families and teams to promote dignity and autonomy. Training and ongoing development are provided.
