About the Role

Merakey, a leading non‑profit provider of developmental and behavioral health services, seeks mission‑driven, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team in Honeybrook, PA in our IDD Division.

No experience required – we provide paid training.

Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – IDD Division, Honeybrook, PA.

Location

409 Chestnut Street, Honeybrook, PA.

Pay

Base Rate 16.25 per hour, Shift Differential is 1.50 per hr.

Shifts

Monday 8A - 4P, Friday and Saturday 10P - 10A.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
