Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Revloc, PA to provide direct care and support with activities of daily living, mobility and personal care. You will assist with meals, promote health and safety, and document progress notes in a supportive program.

You will work a combination of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts with Enhanced Pay options. This role helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and community skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Job description

Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: Revloc, PA

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18.75/hour with election of Enhanced Pay option.

Shift: Combination of 12 and 8 hour days including daylight, evening, overnight and weekend.
