Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Southampton, PA location. The role involves assisting individuals with daily living, hygiene, and social development, following the Individual Support Plan. You will work in varied settings, helping clients build independence and meaningful routines.

No experience required; we provide PAID training. Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; Full-Time 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in home health aide or school setting with IDD preferred.
• Verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily hygiene and personal care.
• Encourage independence and develop social and communication skills.
• Follow Individual Support Plan to support goals and daily living activities.

Schedule: 1st Shift
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Earn up to $18.00/hour by electing to participate in our Enhanced Pay Wage Option.
No experience required - we provide PAID training.

By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
