Branches Residential Services in Greenfield, Indiana is seeking dependable caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, personal care, transportation, and documenting daily reports.

We offer Major Medical, Life Insurance, and Aflac benefits; starting wage $15.00–$15.50 with a $500 sign-on bonus; 3pm–11pm day shifts; 7 days on, 7 days off; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
• Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; valid Indiana driver's license; reliable transportation; active auto insurance; current vehicle registration; and a clean criminal history and driving record. Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be dependable, compassionate, flexible, and eager to learn.
