BRANCHES RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LLC in Greenfield, Indiana, is hiring dependable caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and community. The role runs on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Day shifts run from 3pm to 11pm, with opportunities to grow within a compassionate, person-centered team that values growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Current vehicle registration; clean criminal history.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
• Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
